The construction of cars marked "UAZ" has been begun in Ganja Automobile Factory. The chief of Marketing and Equipment department of Gandja Automobile Factory Kamran Nezerov has given information.

It is necessary to notice that the restoration of the construction production of "UAZ" cars in Ganja Automobile Factory was the initiative of Russian institution. Let us remember that the production of "UAZ" cars in Azerbaijan was organized in 2005. But the collaboration with Russian institution continued only a year. Ganja Automobile Factory decided to interrupt the collaboration with UAZ in august, 2006. There were some reasons for it. From one hand there were big problems in Ulyanovsk institution after the application of international standards AVRO - 2 in Russian Federation from July 01, 2005, because the most models of UAZ didn't provide this standard and the issue of such kind of automobiles in Russia was forbidden. From other hand the cause of this was the sent of bad quality spare parts of UAZ to Ganja institution.

But according to the information given by Kamran Nezerov the problems appeared with Ulyanovsk factory have been solved and till the end of the year 74 different models of UAZ cars will be constructed on the base of agreement of Russian institution. According to the wordsn of Mr.Nezirov only the cars provided AVRO - 2 standards will be constructed in the institution. The price of the constructed cars is around 9300-11150 manats depending on models. For example, the price of vehicles of UAZ 31512, UAZ 31514, UAZ 31519 models varies between 9300 and 10500 manats. The price of the vehicle of HUNTER UAZ 31519-095-02 model consists of 11000 manats. The price of lorries is convenient for the middle possessor classes too. As, the sale price of the car UAZ 39094 known as FERMER is 10850 manats, and the price of UAZ 39629- 016 (first aid car) is 300 manats more expensive.
